Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients are welcome, however, appointments are highly recommended. Emergency cases always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

To save time, you can also fill out your Patient/Client Information Form online so that we have all of your information ready before you arrive.

Payment Options

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, and cash.

Financing plans are available through Care Credit. You may also complete your application at the hospital. It only takes a few minutes to find out whether or not your application has been approved. There is no charge for the application process. A copy of your Florida driver’s license is required.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Privacy Policy

We use the information that you provide: name, address, phone number, email, etc. to provide you with information about our products and services. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than what is necessary to fulfill your requests.
