Veterinarian
Originally from the great state of Georgia, by way of Texas, where she managed a small animal practice in La Porte Tx. Dr. Gilbert has been practicing small animal medicine for nearly 10 yrs with a special interest in surgery, radiology, and shelter medicine.
Dr. Gilbert is the youngest daughter of a military family, where she developed her love for travel and people. She has future plans to open an animal sanctuary with a focus on the human animal bond. She is the proud owner of two Houston rescues, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Otato Anthony. In her free time, she enjoys reading, outdoor activities, and spending time with family.
